As the other half of J&L EPC Solutions, I pride myself on providing a professional, friendly and efficient service. As a fully qualified Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessor, I enjoy helping customers understand their property’s energy performance in a clear and straightforward way, without the jargon. Alongside running the business, I’m currently studying for a degree in Real Estate Management. Outside of work and studying, I enjoy running and climbing.
Joshua
As co-owner of the business, I bring over nine years of combined academic and professional experience within the building surveying industry. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessor, combining technical expertise with a passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused services.
I pride myself on clear, honest communication, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout every stage of the process.
